DESCRIPTION
The woodland is available in two separate lots and presents a rare opportunity to a acquire two blocks of amenity woodland situated on the edge of the village of Sturmer. Both woodlands contain a range of broadleaved trees of varying ages and condition with a mix of ground vegetation.
Access to both lots is via a pedestrian access over the dismantled railway line which can be accessed from the B1061. Lot 1 can also be accessed by a public footpath from the B1061 which crosses the Stour Brook. Vehicle access is possible to the woodland with third party consent.
METHOD OF SALE
