Directions - From Bilbrough take Redhill Field Lane southbound towards the A64. After 0.3 miles take the turning on your right. The field is on your left-hand side through the metal gates. The nearest postcode to the field is YO23 3PP. Access is shown blue on the plan overleaf.

Services - There is a mains water supply in the old road adjacent to the western boundary of the field. There has previously been water supply to a tank in the field but the supply has been disconnected. The purchaser is to liaise with Yorkshire Water in respect of connecting the water supply.
