Situation

The land is located in the parish of Kinfauns, 4 miles west of Perth. Perth, known as the Gateway to the Highlands is situated on the banks of the River Tay.

Equestrian activities are popular with cross country and dressage events held regularly in the local area. There are a wide range of tracks for trekking and hacking in the locality. Blair Castle Horse Trials – Scotland’s leading event, is held at Blair Atholl for four days each August.
