SITUATION
The land at Biteford Cross occupies a quiet rural location, yet is only 2¾ miles south west from the extremely popular village of Woolsery. Approximately 21.60 acres (8.74 ha) of mainly level pasture land including 2½ acres of conservation land with a stream on the western boundary.

The land is mainly level and divided in two principal enclosures. It is enclosed with natural hedge banks and there is direct access off the parish road with wide gateways to each field.

Lot 2: Outlined red on the plan
Adjoining Lot 1, the land in Lot 2 extends to some 4.85 acres (1.96 ha) and comprises level pasture paddocks which have been sub-divided more recently for equestrian grazing.

Natural hedge banks form the external boundaries, which are well fenced and there is direct access from the adjoining parish road.

From the A39 Atlantic Highway heading east towards Bideford. Turn right at Welcome Cross and proceed towards the village of Meddon.
