Description

We understand that the land is of Grade III on the agricultural land classification map.
The land is level lying and enclosed by both natural hedgerows (two sides) and watercourses (two sides). The field parcel benefits from being stock fenced within the field hedgerows.
The property is accessed off Limington Road through a sheeted 12’ galvanised gate onto a road crushing surfaced yard in front of the 30’ x 20’ mono pitch box profile steel frame building with shutter door and pedestrian access door.
