DESCRIPTION
Culfad is set within 15.22 acres of land and offers the opportunity for full renovation or development
to form a desirable rural smallholding in attractive setting. With the relevant planning consents
the now uninhabitable farmhouse and steading could be developed to form extensive living

As the main farmhouse is uninhabitable there is no requirement for a home report and as such one
