Access - The land can be accessed on foot along the bridleway leading up past Bow Creek or with a vehicular right of way over the drive, passing Mill Cottages up to a gateway into the paddock on its south western boundary

Directions - From our Totnes office proceed up the by-pass toward Dartmouth and Kingsbridge then take the left turning sign posted for Ashprington and Tuckenhay. Continue on this road until Ashprington Cross where you turn right for Tuckenhay and Cornworthy. Follow the road downhill and pass over the bridge by the Waterman's Arms and on to Tuckenhay. Continue past The Maltsters Arms and out of the village. Turn left at Coronation cross and continue past Orchard Terrace. The lane bends round to the right, but turn left passing Mill Cottages. The gate to the paddock is on the left handside.
