Affordable Housing, an education contribution of £338,293 and a health contribution of £63,750. There is a requirement for

Agreement has been reached with a Housing Association specialising in accommodation for older people to take 33 dwellings (30 Affordable units and 3 market units) which will be developed towards the entrance of the scheme leaving the remainder of the site (117 dwellings) available to the market.
