Land at Upper Farm

The land comprises 50.90 acres (20.60 hectares) of arable land classified as Grades III on the MAFF Land Classification Map. The land has grown a second winter wheat crop 2021-2022. The boundaries comprise fences and hedges. The current access is directly off Church Hill through an opening in the hedge opposite the entrance to main farm buildings at Upper Farm, which forms part of the Farm Business Tenancy area, as mentioned below. There is a second entrance that has been blocked off by a metal barrier, as shown on the enclosed plan.
