Follow the lane around a long left hand bend. Head through Trumpeter and continue on up the hill towards Haytor. Lot 1 is located on the left before the T-junction and is marked by a Stags sale board.
For lot 2, turn left at the T-junction at Green Lane. The gate to the land is on the left after about 100 yards.
