From Aberystwyth take the A487 coastal truck road North for 4 miles to Bow Street. On the northern edge of the village turn left (near the garage) on to the B4353 Borth road and proceed through the village of Llandre. The land is denoted by a for sale board on the left hand side, a short distance after the railway bridge.
