Ground Floor

The main house has a country style kitchen/breakfast room with fitted cabinets and tiled flooring. The dual aspect sitting room has a feature fireplace with a log burning stove. The adjoining dining room has a window and door to the garden., and a serving hatch to the kitchen. There is also a family room and separate office. The entrance hall has a connecting door to the annexe.

The dual aspect master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. Situation & Schooling

The rural Hertfordshire hamlet of Wyddial is just 2 miles from the market town of Buntingford. London is accessed via either the A1 or A10 and there are regular train services to King’s Cross from Royston and Liverpool Street from Broxbourne. The local towns of Buntingford and Bishop’s Stortford offer a wide range of amenities including boutiques, pubs and restaurants. There is a good range of schools in the area including both the Layston and Millfield Primary Schools, the Edwinstree Middle School and Freeman College Upper school.
