Further to the submission of initial bids over the last few weeks, our clients have instructed us to seek best and final offers from all interested parties. As a reminder, the property comprises 2.48 acres of land off Gypsy Lane, Atherstone. In the previous Local Plan, the land was allocated as an employment site. In the new Local Plan, which was adopted in September 2021, the allocation for the site has changed slightly and is now as set out on the attached plan which is taken from the North Warwickshire Borough Council Local Plan document. The site is located at the south-eastern corner of the plan and is covered by the green hatched area and the B (adjacent to E1 A). The land is located on the northern edge of the town of Atherstone, immediately north of the Holly Lane Industrial Park. The land is accessed off Gypsy Lane, which itself is off Rowlands Way which joins Holly Lane at the Aldi roundabout. The land is located under a mile from the A5, which links to the M42 in the north west and the M69 in the south east.

Overage
