Description - The land comprises a productive block of principally arable land (with a small pasture field) which is bordered by Welham Lane, Langton Brook and the River Welland.

Farmed in-hand by the vendors since 1997 the land has been cropped on an arable rotation and is currently cropped with Winter Wheat .
