Like many Cotswold towns, Chipping Norton is incredibly pretty, many of the original houses around the market place were rebuilt in the 18th century with fashionable Georgian frontages. The town's wealth grew through the local wool trade and today is renowned for its antique shops and diverse shopping, including a regular market. Chipping Norton retains a robust living, working market town atmosphere, there is a good choice of places to eat, supermarkets and top-quality entertainment at the wonderful theatre, famous for its pantomime and visiting performers.

If that wasn't enough, another attraction is the proximity to Soho Farmhouse, Daylesford and some of north Cotswold's most renowned pubs - all a short drive away, merely adding to the appeal of this superb area.

For more comprehensive shopping and recreational needs, Oxford, Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon are within striking distance as are a number of popular schools.
