Situation - Both parcels of land are located at Broadmoor in the Pembrokeshire Countryside some 2 miles or so west of the large village of Kilgetty which has the benefit of a good range of local services and facilities. Also within easy reach are the delightful coastal resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot together with numerous south Pembrokeshire villages.

Directions - From Kilgetty take the A477 towards Pembroke Dock for approximately 1.5 miles and the land is situated on either side of the road within the village of Broadmoor shortly after the traffic lights. For sale boards are erected on site.

Description - A plan showing both parcels of land is attached for identification purposes only.

Lot 1 is edged red on the attached plan and is estimated to extend to 0.10 acres or thereabouts; whilst Lot 2 edged in blue extends to some 3 acres or thereabouts.
Both parcels have frontage onto the A477 and comprise scrub woodland that now requires some clearance to be restored to productive pasture although there is a certain amenity value as a small conservation project or similar.
Possibly given the roadside frontage there is some potential in the longer term for alternative development subject of course to any necessary planning consents being obtained.
