General Remarks & Stupulations -

Tenure & Possession - The land is Freehold and is being sold with full Vacant Possession following completion (subject to ‘holdover’ mentioned within the particulars).

Holdover - The vendor reserves the right to harvest the current growing crops being Winter wheat and to retain the straw. The land will be left as bare stubbles.

Early Entry - Early Entry onto the land will be permitted, subject to the usual double deposit being 20% of the agreed purchase price, and entry will be entirely at the purchaser’s own risk.
