Take the A947 through Dyce and after crossing the River Don turn left signposted Hatton of Fintray (B977). Continue for 2.5 miles turning right where signposted Newmachar (B979) and taking the next left (Fawells). Travel along this for road for 1.2 miles turning right at the sign for Disblair. Follow the road for a short distance and the land is located on the left hand side as per the attached plan.

Description

The land at Gardenshillock is situated in a productive agricultural area of Aberdeenshire, located 2 miles west of Newmachar and 7 miles southeast of Inverurie. Extending to 14Ha (35 acres) or thereby in total, the land is predominantly arable and classified as Grade 3(2) by the James Hutton Institute for Soil Research, capable of growing a wide range of crops.
