Directions
From the Portland Beach Road, head South and uphill on New Road to Yeates Roundabout. Turn right signposted to Weston and follow signs to Southwell along Avalanche Road then Southwell Street. Continue straight at the Eight Kings Pub Roundabout and the land is found 120 yards on the right-hand side.

Access is taken via the metal gate from Southwell Street to the North. Please park considerately whilst viewing.
