Rymers is situated in the pretty village of Margaretting which has a village hall, two local pubs (The Black Bull and The Red Lion), a village infants’ school and is home to Ingatestone Saddlery and tea rooms. The village lies adjacent to the commuter village of Ingatestone. Ingatestone offers a good range of village shops, traditional pubs, several restaurants and a mainline service into London Liverpool Street.

Directions

From London, exit the A12 at Junction 14 and turn right towards Margaretting village. Just before the T-junction, Rymers will be found on the right-hand side.

From Chelmsford, proceed south on the A414 passing Hylands Park. At the roundabout with the A12 proceed underneath and at the next roundabout continue on to the B1002 towards Ingatestone. At the crossroads, turn right and Rymers is the first house on the left.
