All of the land is registered for Basic Payment purposes. As part of our clients’ retirement plan they will be retaining the Entitlements and the 2022 payment in full.

The land is entered into a Mid Tier Scheme which comes to an end December 2022. Our clients anticipate entering into a new scheme commencing January 2023, this may be available for transfer to the successful Buyer if required.
