Glasson is a pleasant hamlet in Cumbria, located 11 miles west of Carlisle within the Solway Coast AONB. Wigton lies 9.2 miles to the South.
The M6 can be accessed at Junction 44, approximately 20 miles drive time. West Coast Mainline rail services are available from Carlisle, with hourly services to London in a travel time of under 3.5 miles. The area is popular in the summer with visitors and in particular with people walking The Hadrian's Wall Path which passes directly through the village.
