Originally forming part of the Barton Manor Estate before being purchased by Queen Victoria in 1845, this former Gamekeepers lodge steeped in history and brimming with charm sits within 28 acres of stunning woodland and significant water frontage overlooking Palmers Brook.

Kings Quay Cottage is understood to have been built in 1862 and extended for the personal use of Queen Victoria in 1867 to provide a private office in the North wing as well as accommodation for her Lady in waiting. The private office has changed very little and enjoys stunning Solent views from the large picture bay window.
