CROPPING HISTORY
As part of a larger farm. All four enclosures have been block cropped: 2016 winter wheat, 2017 oilseed rape, 2018 winter wheat, 2019 winter wheat, 2020 spring barley (proposed).

DRAINAGE AND ENVIRONEMENTAL
The farm is free draining with no evidence of any drainage outfalls. The land lies in a Nitrate Vulnerable Zone.

GROWING CROPS
The intended drilling is to spring barley in early 2020. Subject to the date of the sale the vendor may reserve the right to hold over.
