Horcott Lake

The sale of Horcott Lakes provides a unique opportunity to purchase a significant range of lakes situated within Cotswold Water Park.

The lakes are located close to the popular Cotswold town of Fairford and form part of the Cotswold Water Park Site of Special Scientific Interest.

In total, there are six lakes. Three of the lakes are let out on licence and operate as a successfull carp and tench coarse fishery. There is an opportunity to expand the fishery.
