DESCRIPTION

1. The access road for Barnes Cottage will be sold with the property but a right of access over it will be reserved for Lot 3.
2. If sold separately to Lot 3, the purchaser of Lot 2 will be required to erect a stockproof fence between points A and B on the sale plan within six months of completion.
