Method Of Sale - The land is offered to sale by informal tender as one lot. All offers are to be submitted in writing and an informal tender form will be available through Stags. Tenders must be received by 12 o clock midday on Thursday 19th May.

Development Uplift Overage - The land will be sold subject to a development uplift overage provision (on the following term of 25% for 20 years).
