SITUATION/ACCESS:

The land lies just to the east of the A19 adjoining the east side of the village with direct access in two gates in the gap between the village and the A19. The area is represented by pleasant productive open farmland with woodland interspersed.



DESCRIPTION:

In total all about 5.22 acres farm land currently in grass is of even grade falling down towards the Dike at the southern boundary.
