Situated adjoining the western Bradworthy Common and comprising gently sloping pasture land divided in to two fields, including some conservation grazing which is a haven for wildlife, flora and fauna.Fenced natural hedge banks form the boundaries and direct access from the public highway to the land. The Bradworthy Common weather recording station is located on the eastern boundary under a 10 year lease with Environment Agency. We understand there is approximately 8 years left on the lease. The station is fenced off with post and rail fencing.

Grazing Rights
Both lots of land benefit from historic grazing rights on Bradworthy Common and purchasers must satisfy themselves with these details by their own endeavours? The common is subject to a stewardship agreement and is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).
