LOCATION
The land lies 100m to the north of the village of Ampleforth immediately east of High Bank Road. It is located approximately 4 miles south of Helmsley, 9 miles east of Thirsk and 6 miles north east of Easingwold. The land lies between 70 and 130m above sea level.
DESCRIPTION
8.94 Acres (3.62 ha). The land comprises a ring-fenced block of gently sloping permanent grassland. The land is divided into two parcels which are well fenced with stock proof post and wire to the boundaries. Access is off High Bank with a wide gated access and stock handling area at the entrance.
Upon the land is a small stone barn which has scope for conversion or renovation (subject to the necessary consents) and enjoys enviable views over the North York Moors National Par.
