The land is situated in a convenient location 0.5 miles south - east of the A476 highway, being the main highway travelling from the A48 at Cross Hands, 3 miles to the south – west to the market town of Llandeilo, 6 miles to the north – east. The M4 at Junction 49 can be reached within 6 miles to the south.

The property lies 0.5 miles south - east of the A476 highway. Turn off the A476 highway at the brown tourist Nature Reserve sign onto the unclassified highway and proceed along the lane by passing Glyn Yr Henllan Farm and The Barn on your left hand side. Proceed for a further 100 yards and then take the Right hand turn onto a private lane which leads to Penfarch Farm. The double gated entrance to the land can then be found on your Right handside before the electrical gates of Penfarch Farm which does not form part of the land for sale.
