5.17 acres: Llethr and Pantycerdin Fields. It is divided into two fields: a 2 acre approx field and a 3 acre approx field. Each field has roadside access to a country lane - the land is either side of the country lane. The land is currently vacant but has been used for grazing. It has some old ruins on the larger 3 acre field, the ruins are now overgrown.
Mains water (metered) supplies the land but is currently switched off / dormant as the land is currently unoccupied.
Electricity could easily be connected to the land as there is electricity nearby supplied to local dwellings a short distance away in the hamlet.
Directions
Proceed from Carmarthen to Nantgaredig. At the Nantgaredig Square, turn left in the direction of Brechfa, there is a house ‘Am Nawr’ on the Nantgaredig Square.
Proceed up the hill and keep going for approximately 2 miles until you come to the village of Felingwmisaf.
After you’ve gone past the Felingwmisaf sign, take the first turning right down a country lane.
You’ll pass a bungalow on your left, keep going over a small bridge and go past a large white house and outbuildings on your left called ‘Dolau.’
Go up the hill, on your left there is a farm entrance signposted ‘Cwm Byr.’ Proceed around the corner, there is a house on the right named ‘Gwynfryn.’
One of the fields is opposite ‘Gwynfryn’ and the other field is immediately adjacent to it.
Please note interested parties are welcomed to visit the site, but are asked not to access the fields without an appointment.
