After approximately 3 miles, turn right towards Mumby and continue on this road for a further 1.5 miles until turning right towards Helsey. Continue on this road for a further 0.8 miles where the land lies on both the right and left hand side of Helsey Lane and 'For Sale' boards are erected to make identification easier.
Tenure & Possession:
The land is Freehold and is being offered for sale with full Vacant Possession following completion.
