LOCATION
The land is located to the east of the popular north Norfolk village of Wiveton. The market town of Holt is approximately 4 miles to the south-east, Sheringham is approximately 7 miles to the east, and Wellsnext-the-Sea is approximately 9 miles west. The City of Norwich is approximately 28 miles to the south-east.

DIRECTIONS
If approaching from Holt, take the A148 west for approximately 1 mile to Letheringsett; here take a right turn onto Blakeney Road signposted "Glandford". Follow Blakeney Road heading north for approximately 3 miles, passing through the village of Glandford. Upon entering the village of Wiveton, turn right at the crossroads onto Bridgefoot Lane, signposted "Cley" and "Wiveton Bridge". After about 0.3 miles turn right at the crossroads onto Glandford Road, signposted "Glandford" and "Unbridged Ford".
