Directions - From Launceston, take the B3254 road south towards Liskeard for just over 4 miles and at the Congdons Shop crossroads, turn left along the B3257 towards Callington. In 1.2 miles, in Coads Green, turn right signposted Bathpool 1.5 miles/Rilla Mill 2.5 miles. Proceed along this road for approximately 1.1 miles and just past the left hand turning to Bray Shop/Callington, turn right into the unmarked single track parish lane. In 0.4 miles, pass North Coombe Farm and South Coombe Mill on the right hand side and in a further 0.4 miles the entrance to Colpit will be found on the right hand side, identified by two post boxes and the public footpath sign. Proceed down the track which forks to the left. Take this left fork passing an open sided stock barn on your left. The cottage is located at the end of this lane.

Agents Note - The track to the the cottage should be approached with caution, particularly in bad weather and is not suitable for low-ground clearance vehicles. Viewer's are in the first instance advised to park tidily on the parish road and access the property by foot.
