The Property



The front door is approached from the driveway via a gravel and paving stone path across the front lawn. From Ledbury - From the high street head north out of the town, just after the railway station take a slight right turn onto the Bromyard Road (B4214) under the railway bridge. After 3.2 miles the road bears round to the right and turns into the B4220, continue on this road for a further 3 miles, passing through the village of Bosbury. At the brow of the hill take a right turn signposted to Mathon, the property is the first house on the right. 



From Great Malvern  -  Head towards Malvern Link on the Worcester Road (A449). Turn slight left onto North Malvern Road (B4219), then take then next slight right onto Cowleigh Road (B4219). Follow this road for approximately 2 miles. At the T-junction turn left onto the A4103, signposted to Hereford. Following this road for almost 2 miles. Turn left onto B4220, signposted to Bosbury.
