Caynham Glen House

Set back from the lane, Caynham Glen House was built in the 1970s and now provides superb accommodation on the edge of a popular village. The fields are all well fenced and divided into five paddocks of various sizes with those being further from the house reasonably level with beautiful mature mixed woodland on the banks above and the Ledwyche Brook below in parts.

Outbuildings
There is a stable block that has been used for storage and workshops in recent years rather than horses. There are three loose boxes, a foaling box and two open stables. There is also an open fronted barn (approximately 12m x 3.6m) that makes for a good machinery store.

The village of Caynham is set just a few miles to the east of the market town of Ludlow and a short drive from Tenbury Wells. Amidst lovely south Shropshire countryside below Clee Hill and well positioned for access to a range of local facilities including shops, schools, doctors and hospitals.

The surrounding countryside provides great walks and access to good out riding via a network of footpaths and bridleways.

The cities of Hereford and Worcester are considered commutable with the West Midlands conurbation and motorway network just beyond.

Directions
From the Sheet road roundabout on the edge of Ludlow, head over on The Sheet towards Caynham and stay on this road for about 1.4 miles before turning left towards Caynham at the T junction. Stay on this road for about 0.6 miles and then turn right signposted Greete and after about 100 yards, you will find the driveway to Caynham Glen House on your right.
