The Outline Planning Permission is for 11 dwellings comprising 9 two storey dwellings and two single storey dwellings. Design, size, materials etc to be dealt with under reserved matters.

Our clients have a further approximate 3 acres of land to the rear of the site (without planning consent) however they may be prepared to enter into an option agreement (precise terms to be agreed).
Our clients will also retain a right of access over the new road when constructed which will allow them or another party access to the 3 acres of land to the rear.

The actual location refers to the land adjacent to Yew Tree House, Egg Lane, Hixon. Please note that the owner of the development site is not the owner of Yew Tree House, therefore we do ask all interested parties to respect the privacy of the owners of Yew Tree House.

Directions
From Stafford take the A518 (east) and continue into the village of Weston. At the traffic lights turn right onto the A51 and then take the first left signposted Hixon. Continue to the crossroads within the village and turn right onto Martins Way. At the mini island turn left onto Smithy Lane and then right into Egg Lane.
