Abbey Farm Barns are situated to the southern edge of Flixton village nestled amongst open countryside and arable fields. Flixton is a small hamlet well known for its Aviation Muesum and also benefits from a village pub (the Flixton Buck) and a church.

The market towns of Bungay and Harleston are minutes away and have everything you would expect and need from a town including supermarkets, post office and good independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Beccles is approximately 12 miles from the property and has a train station which connects via Ipswich to London Liverpool Street - the journey from Ipswich to London taking approximately 70 minutes. From Harleston take the A143 signposted Bungay/Great Yarmouth, turn right signposted Homersfield/Flixton on the B1062. Proceed into the village of Flixton, turn right into Church Road, signposted South Elmham villages, then turn left into Abbey Road and the entrance to Abbey Farm Buildings will be found approximately 480m further along on the right hand side.
