Location
The land is situated between the villages of Dilhorne and Caverswall in the County of Staffordshire. The land is located in a rural sought-after position in a peaceful part of the County and is within 3 miles of the A50 at Blythe Bridge and is situated to the north of Dilhorne Lane.

Directions
From the A50 west bound from Uttoxeter, turn right at the roundabout at Blythe Bridge onto the A521 towards Tean. After 400 yards, turn left towards Blythe Bridge and at the centre of the village, turn right at the crossroads towards Forsbrook. Having passed through the centre of Forsbrook, turn left towards Dilhorne.

After 1 mile and as you enter Dilhorne, turn left towards Caverswall and having crossed over the railway line, the land can be found after the bend on the right-hand side, identified by our ‘For Sale’ board.
