Alternatively, from Welshpool proceed West on the A458 Machynlleth road. Follow this road for just under 15 miles and turn left in Llangadfan just before the Cann Office public house/. Follow this road, over the
river bridge and round to the right and take your next turn right. Follow this lane, keeping right where there are green salt bins, and after about 1.6 miles turn left up a small lane which is signed Ty Gwyn. Follow this lane and the entrance to the property will be at the end on the left.
