FROM ABERYSTWYTH
Take the A487 coastal trunk road south to Llanfarian before turning left on to the A485 Tregaron road. After approximately a mile turn right onto the B4576 road and proceed through to Llangwyryfon, stay on the B4576 through Llangwyryfon for a further 3 miles, until the hamlet of Moriah is reached. Turn left immediately after the telephone kiosk and Moriah Chapel and take the 1st fork right and the land is denoted by a for sale board – continue up the hill to the furthermost gate and layby.
FROM ABERAERON
Take the A487 coastal trunk road North to Aberarth. Turn right onto the B4577 road and proceed through Pennant and Cross Inn to Bethania. Turn left at the Cross roads onto the B4576 proceed to Moriah turning right before the chapel as you enter the hamlet.
