Tenancy
The land will be let under a Farm Business Tenancy Agreement commencing the 1st November 2022 for a period of 5 years terminating 31st October 2027, with a rent review provision after 3 years.
The rent will be payable half yearly in advance on the 1st November and 1st May in each and every year of the Tenancy.
