Liphook, some 3 miles away, provides most things needed for day to day living, a large supermarket, a number of shops and a mainline train station providing access into London Waterloo, the journey taking approximately one hour. A wider range of shopping is available in the nearby towns of Haslemere, Alton, Petersfield and Farnham. The county towns of Guildford and Winchester, approximately 18 and 25 miles away respectively, offer a wider range of shopping facilities including the usual high street multiples.
