Location
The land occupies a rural setting and is found along a bridleway in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Saham Hills is a small village lying less than 3 miles north-east of the well-served market town of Watton.

Directions
Head away from Watton along the Swaffham Road. Proceed for approximately one mile and at the triangle bear right onto Pound Hill into Saham Toney. At the junction turn right into Pages Lane and then left into Hills Road. Continue for just over half a mile, turning left into Coburg Lane. It is then best to proceed on foot past the row of houses, bearing left just before the pond. The land will then be found along the footpath on the right hand side after about 500 yards.
