The land is located approximately 1 mile to the north of the east fellside village of Renwick very close to the hamlet of Scalehouses. The location of the land is shown on the plans within these particulars and will be identified by way of a PFK sale board.
THE LAND
The land is a single parcel extending to approximately 2.55 acres (1.03 hectares) of good grazing land, and would lend itself well to being used as a pony paddock or by someone with smallholding interests. This parcel would also offer a good addition to an existing farm holding.
