Situation - Slouthy Farm is situated some 3 ½ miles or so south east of the village of Letterston and is some 8 ½ miles or so north east of The County and Market Town of Haverfordwest.

Within a mile and a half or so by road (half a mile by foot) is the village of Ambleston which has a cluster of houses and a former Church.

The Land is in one block and is in the main down to permanent pasture and is either level lying or gently sloping with a southerly aspect. There is a small acreage of Rough Grazing, Scrub Land and Trees on the south eastern boundary which borders a stream. OS No 5564 and OS No 5853 are now one field, OS No 6342 and OS No 7946 are one field and OS No 6960 and OS No 7760 are also one field.

There are field gate accesses to the Land off the Council Maintained Road leading from Wolfscastle in the direction of Ambleston at or around points 'A' and 'B' on the Plan. (Plan 2).
