A block of land close to the village Hunwick in an area known as Rough Lea Colliery. The land consists of three fields (can be sub-divided) of sound meadow and pasture land which extends to approximately 7.39 Ha (18.26 acres) for sale by Private Treaty. The land can be accessed by a hard track from Rough Lea via Hunwick Cricket Club. The Western boundary borders the former railway line which is now a Bridleway.

The land is shown edged red on the attached plan. The boundaries are stock proof fencing. The vendor is prepared to sell smaller parcels for pony paddocks if required but the purchaser will be responsible for sub dividing and erecting a stock proof fence around the purchased land.

Any sporting rights are in hand and are included in the sale.

The mines and minerals are excepted and reserved.
Basic Payment Scheme
