Attractive small farm with an exciting lifestyle change opportunity.

Description

Penwern is an attractive small farm that offers the perfect property for a large or extended family who are also looking for tourism income generation. The property offers a large main house, attached generous sized house, two holiday cottages and numerous outbuildings (some with conversion potential (stp – subject to planning). The property also offers the opportunity to continue with an existing glamping site business that has been set up by the current owners in recent years. The site currently has eight glamping tents but we have been informed by the owners that they have planning permission for 25 glamping tents and 15 touring tent pitches. All of this is set in about 49 acres (stms – subject to measured survey) making it an exciting property to enjoy and expand the tourism business further.
