Nest Seekers International are proud to present this spectacular example conversion of "The Old Barn" and former stables. The building has been sympathetically converted whilst retaining the wonderful features of the old building.

As you walk through the house you are greeted with high vaulted ceilings, exposed brickwork and oak timber beams.

Set in beautiful grounds of just over 3.50 acres and approached via a long winding driveway it is a truly magical place.

Contemporary in style whilst embracing the stunning original features, an amazing blend of the old and new. The accommodation offers approximately 6,500 square feet of living space and has been designed with modern day living in mind.

The rooms are of great proportions and the kitchen/breakfast room being the focal point of the barn does not disappoint. With beautiful, high vaulted ceilings and timber frames a lot of thought has gone into the design. Fitted with bespoke wall and base units, island breakfast bar and granite countertops and with high end integral appliances.  Open plan to the dining area the room offers great space for cooking, dining and entertaining. Adjoining the kitchen there is  utility and downstairs cloakroom. There is the added benefit of a laundry and boiler room,

The main reception room is of a grand scale (37ft x 29ft) with double height ceiling and central brick built fireplace with floor to ceiling exposed brick chimney a great space for all of the family to relax and unwind.

Off of this you will find a games/family room again with high vaulted ceilings with doors leading to the inner courtyard garden.  This room offers great flexibility, currently set up as a games room and chill out space with pool table, table tennis, basket ball hoop and a lounge area, adjoining the bar and further reception it is an ideal party and entertaining space for the entire family to enjoy.

With a choice of master suites, one located on the ground floor with luxurious en-suite, dual aspect offering lovely countryside views or to the first floor there is a further suite which is truly opulent. Again with vaulted ceilings and with floor to ceiling glazed internal window this room is sumptuous. With a bespoke, raised platform to accommodate the bed and a beautiful roll top bath for open bathing, adjoining dressing area, it is striking in design. Tucked away to the corner of the room you will find the toilet and basin. On this floor you will find a further three double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms.

The wow factor of this property has to be the leisure complex. A further converted barn building again with double height ceilings and exposed timber beams, it houses the luxurious indoor, heated swimming pool fitted with swim jet, with windows and doors leading to the inner courtyard gardens. Stairs lead to the mezzanine level where you will find the gym area with glazed balcony overlooking the pool, a truly magnificent space. Additionally there is a changing room with twin showers, storage and pump room.

Externally this property offers everything. Located in grounds of approximately 3.50 acres and approached via a long driveway it offers the perfect sanctuary. The inner courtyard garden is an oasis of peace and tranquility, a perfect space for those long summer evenings. Beautiful, formal lawned gardens and with an adjoining paddock. In addition there is a wooded area and pond. There is ample parking for several vehicles, a double garage and store room.
